Shipping Policy
Shipping of all CharcuterieTemplates.com Kits are shipped in accordance with the policy indicated on the website. As a general rule, shipping within the continental United States for two (2) or more templates is free of charge.
Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday. Each order is inspected for quality before being shipped. Please allow up to two (2) business days for your order to be processed. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends.
COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia … and the rest of the world … as long as your country is able to receive incoming international packages.
Estimated Shipping times:
• United States: 1 to 3 weeks
• Canada: 1 to 3 weeks
• Australia: 1 to 2 weeks
• Rest of the World: 2 to 3 weeks
TRACKING
Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number you can use to monitor your package's status.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please double-check that all of the delivery information you provided on your order form is accurate. If any information is missing or incorrect, we may need to reach out to you for updates which could cause delays in the delivery of your order.
Additionally, for international shipments, customs clearance can also cause delays in the estimated delivery time. Your local customs office may require additional documents and additional time to clear your package before it can be delivered. Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and will be received with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a notice of attempted delivery may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
DAILY ORDER PROCESSING CUT-OFF TIME
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5 Pacific Standard or Pacific Daylight Time, depending on the time of the year. Any orders received after this time will be processed the next business day, ensuring that your charcuterie template is on its way to you as swiftly as possible.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
To keep things simple and secure, we can send shipments to one address per order. If you wish to elevate your charcuterie boards from different addresses, please place individual orders for each location.
PO BOXES AND MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Making charcuterie boards is a wonderful stress reliever and can be particularly interesting when using indigenous ingredients from your local residence where you are stationed. Charcuterie knows no bounds and neither do we. We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Do keep in mind that shipments to these addresses may take a little longer due to the extra steps in the delivery process, however once the templates arrive, impress your fellow servicemen/women with your elevated charcuterie boards.
