REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your Charcuterie Template Kit, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the arrival date for a full refund. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to preference.
Your Charcuterie Template Kit must be in its original packaging and there must be a minimum of three (3) templates unused.
To initiate your return, contact us at info@CharcuterieTemplate.com.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you would like to cancel your order, contact info@CharcuterieTemplate.com within twenty-four (24) hours of ordering. Each order remains in a processing state for twelve (12) hours until it is transmitted for immediate fulfilment.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a Charcuterie Template Kit, we will send you a replacement for free. A video of the defective template or your unsatisfactory finished charcuterie board should be submitted to info@CharcuterieTemplate.com to support your claim.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.
Please contact info@CharcuterieTemplate.com within twelve (12) hours of ordering if you believe you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address. We do our best to speed up our processing times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
CT Holdings, LLC. dba CharcuterieTemplates.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint with your respective shipping carrier.

SHIPPING FEES
The buyer is responsible for paying any return shipping fees related to a returned order.
For international customers, CT Holdings dba CharcuterieTemplates.com is not responsible for paying customs, duties, and taxes.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Our company’s primary mission is to help you elevate your charcuterie boards. We are here to assist in any way possible.
Coverage: This warranty applies to charcuterie templates purchased from CT Holdings, LLC. for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Inclusions: Warranty covers the numbered charcuterie templates.
Exclusions: Not covered are damages from misuse of ingredients, improper food handling, or any claims made by third party customers.
Claims: For claims, provide proof of purchase and contact info@charcuterietemplates.com with details of the issue. Assessment may require photographs of the finished board using the charcuterie template.
Resolution: Options include a refund, another template or store credit.
Limitations: Warranty is limited to the Charcuterie Template’s purchase price, excluding any indirect damages.
Statutory Consumer Rights: CT Holdings, LLC. dba CharcuterieTemplates.com’s limited warranty complements any required statutory consumer rights in the customer’s applicable jurisdiction.
